Any transactions made via the website are handled through Streamline card processing or PayPal, both are completely private and secure.
You can shop and pay for your purchases securely and easily online. Simply follow the checkout procedure and it will direct you through the whole process.
Our online payment system is 100% secure and handled on an encrypted (padlocked) page with our payment gateway provider
When you pay - you enter a secure Internet site (https://) and your personal information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. To protect you against credit card fraud (where someone has discovered your credit card details but do not have your card), you will be asked to enter the unique security code printed on the back of your payment card.
You don't have to create an account or register on this site with any personal details to be able to place an order. We do not keep any of your personal details on our site.
If you have a Paypal account you can also pay using this account.
Shopping is easy at Little Stork. If you see an item you would like to buy simply 'Add to basket' and the item will be placed in your basket. If you decide that you do not wish to purchase it simply place a zero in the box and 'update' your basket. When you have purchased the items you would like simply click on' secure checkout'. You will then be taken to a secure PayPal payment page where you will enter your payment details.
You can then pay with an existing PayPal account.
Delivery
For mainland UK deliveries we will dispatch your order within seven days after the order has been received (Unless otherwise stated).
It is essential that a delivery address is provided with a full postcode.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail first class post, and items over £25 will require a signature on receipt. Little Stork cannot be held responsible for delays by the Post Office once we have dispatched your goods.
Overseas Delivery
To send items outside the UK mainland please email us at info@littlestorkbabyboxes.co.uk for postal costs.
Stock Availability
We aim to keep all the goods on our websites in stock but we only carry limited numbers of certain items.
We aim to remove out of stock items from our website immediately but, in the event of an order being taken for an item that is out of stock, despite our best efforts, we will contact you as soon is possible to arrange a replacement or to advise how long it will take to obtain an identical or similar item.
Should stock that has been ordered not be available within 28 days,we will offer a full and immediate refund.
Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to prices and contents on this website at any time.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and we comply with the Data Protection Act. This means that all information that you submit will be held with the utmost care and security and is confidential in accordance with the Act.
We will not retain any personal information for longer than needed to process your order correctly.
We do not divulge any personal information including email addresses to Third Parties and we will not send any promotional material.
We fully comply with the distance selling regulations 2000.
Goods returned
Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
.1 You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;
.2 In any event, you may not cancel orders for food or other perishable Goods,nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalised goods;
.3 The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:
a. with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
b. securely wrapped;
c. at your risk and cost.
.4 After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
.5 If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
.6 We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
We will only contact you if there is a query regarding your order.
Dispatch Confirmation
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email .
Errors and Omissions
Whilst every care is taken to ensure the correctness of any measurements, descriptions and specifications of the goods on our site, we do not give any warranty as to their accuracy or completeness and will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from any such errors or omissions.
Although the colour reproduction in the photographs of our products is as close as it possibly can be, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by our customers.
We reserve the right to alter or amend prices if it is found that they are inaccurate at the time of order.
We will notify you of any change should this become necessary before taking payment.
Customer satisfaction
Should you find that an item is faulty, please email us at info@littlestorkbabyboxes within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
Returned faulty items will be refunded in full along with the original postage costs.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days of the receipt of the faulty item.
Our returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.
If, in the unlikely event of your goods being damaged in transit, please do not sign for them until you have inspected them.
If they have been damaged please retain the original delivery carton and mail us at info@littlestorkbabyboxes.co.uk within 24 hours to arrange a refund or replacement.
Please note that we are only able to refund or replace goods that are damaged and that are returned to Little Stork Baby Boxes, unused and in the original packaging.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
